Resources for Parents and LGBTQ Youth

We all know how difficult it can be to navigate our way through childhood, school and young adolescence.  It's even more challenging for LGBTQ youth who can end up frightened and unsure.  Parents of LGBTQ kids often are uncertain what to do or how to help.  Family, friends and schools can make all the difference just by simply listening and providing a sense of safety and caring.

We've tried to pick out some key resources and provide links.  All of these resources have useful reading material and some are organizations that provide support of various kinds, director or indirect.

Please let us know if you know of anything else we should link to or if you can't find what you're looking for.  Just write us an email in the Contact section!!
